To receive the offer an agency must purchase at least three (3) Luxe VIP tickets to receive the free Luxe listing. Upgrade available for Premiere+ listings only. This offer is not transferable. Each AgencyID that purchases three (3) or more Luxe VIP package tickets is only eligible for one (1) free Luxe listing. The free upgrade only applies to the Luxe add-on price. Luxe upgrades do not apply to Pay on Sale listings.
Offer Redemption
To claim your free Luxe upgrade, email luxeoffers@rea-contracts.zendesk.com with your Agency ID, listing ID, property address and listing URL of the advertised property you’d like the free Luxe applied to. Upgrades can take 24-48 hours to process. Agency must comply with all regulations governing advertising expenses and the disclosure and retention of rebates. Upgrades must be claimed by October 31 2025.
