What’s included in the Ready ticket price?

A Ready ticket gives you access to the full-day conference on Tuesday 12 March 2024. 

Tickets for the Chandon Garden Spritz Block Party can be added to any Ready ticket purchase to form a package.

A Ready24 package includes both the one-day conference and Chandon Garden Spritz Block Party tickets. 

100% of all ticket proceeds will be donated to homelessness causes.

How do I get to Royal Randwick Racecourse?

There are a number of ways you can get to Royal Randwick. Take a look below for the best option for you.

Light Rail

The light rail stop is located on Alison Road directly opposite the racecourse main entrance. Services run regularly from 5am until 1am on weekdays. Light rail routes L2 – Circular Quay / Central direct to Royal Randwick or L3 – Circular Quay / Central to Kensington are recommended.

Buses

Regular buses also run between the City and Eastern Suburbs via Anzac Parade and Alison Road, including bus routes 339, 373, 374, 376 and 377.

Taxis

Enter through the Ascot Street entrance where there is a secure taxi rank.

Driving

If driving to Ready, access to Royal Randwick is via Gate 1 off Alison Road.


Once you enter Royal Randwick, you’ll find the car park outside Gate E in the Taxi Way. If this carpark is full, there is additional parking opposite Gate D on Members Drive.


Parking for Ready24 attendees is free. Before leaving the venue, you’ll need to visit the cloak room in the REA House for a parking pass throughout the day to collect a pass to exit. Without this pass, a fee of $10 is required to exit the carpark.

I just want to attend the Block Party – can I buy a separate ticket?

No, separate tickets for the Chandon Garden Spritz Block Party are not available.

Block Party tickets can only be purchased in combination with your Ready conference ticket -  we recommend you buy a Ready24 package, as this is one party you will not want to miss.

Can I bring a guest to the Block Party?

Unfortunately, no. Only people who have purchased a Ready24 package can attend the Block Party. 

Can I purchase a ticket to the Block Party on the day?

Absolutely! If, on the day, you decide you want to attend the Block Party (great choice, by the way!) you’ll be able to purchase a ticket beforehand.

I can’t attend in person, can I join Ready24 virtually?

Ready24 is designed to be immersive and thought-provoking and we wouldn't be able to offer the same experience virtually.

All our speakers will appear live in person, so we aren't offering a virtual option this year. 

Why isn't my coupon applying to a package or tickets?

Only one coupon code per transaction can be used. Please make sure that any coupon codes are entered before you review your order and check out.

I want to buy more than 5 tickets. Can I receive a discount ?

Yes, you can! If you want to register more than 5 people, use the code MULTIBUY to save $40 per person on Ready24 packages or tickets. Please note: The 5 tickets must be of the same type e.g. 5 packages, or 5 single tickets. 

I bought a ticket but now I can’t attend – can I transfer my ticket to another person?

We get it, things happen! Provided the event has not begun, you will be able to transfer your ticket using the registration portal. If you have any issues, please email events@realestate.com.au and we can assist.

What is the refund policy?
  • If you notify us at least 10 business days prior to the event, we can issue you a full refund of your ticket price (less a $100 administration fee per ticket/package)
  • If you notify us within 10 business days of the event, a full refund of your ticket price (less a $250 administration fee per ticket/package) will be made.

Please note that we can’t be responsible for any flight or hotel bookings you have with third parties.

Is this event eligible for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Points?

Ready24 is recognised in Victoria and Queensland as an activity that supports your professional development and is eligible for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Points.

To request hours, provide confirmation of your attendance in your CPD Tracker on the REIV website or on the CPD Status page on the REIQ website. 

What if I cannot travel to Sydney due to COVID-19 travel restrictions?

If COVID-19 travel restrictions prevent you from travelling to Sydney, we can issue you a full refund of your ticket price. If these restrictions are put in place less than two weeks prior to Ready, we will also waive the administration fee for cancellations. Please note that we can’t be responsible for any flight or hotel bookings you have with third parties.

Is Ready24 wheelchair accessible?

Yes, all areas of the conference are wheelchair accessible. If you would like to discuss any access requirements, please contact events@realestate.com.au.
